What food has cholesterol in it?
The food containing the most cholesterol is food high in fats.
Saturated Fats are the worst. They are solid at room temperature, and usually you get the most saturated fats in prepared processed foods – such as sausages, hamburgers, bacon, chocolate, cookies (biscuits), cheese, cakes, chips, crisps, ready meals/TV diners. They are also found in animal fats (shown below), and two vegetable oils – coconut and palm oil.
Animal Fats – Butter, cheese, whole milk, ice cream, cream, and the fat in meat.
